Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Mansfield, MA.
Christine was referred to me from a co worker who had recently purchased a house in a town I was considering.
One weekend I randomly stopped at an open house and ended up really liking the house. Christine came to see it with me the next day and I told Christine what I was willing to offer. Christine ran the numbers and concluded the asking price was way too high for what similar houses in the area were selling for, and what I was going to offer was too high of a starting point. Christine was very honest in letting me know that it is my decision and if I wanted to move forward with those numbers that she would present them to the seller. A lot of realtors would have just said "okay" and presented the offer I was willing to make to the seller. The fact that Christine came back to me and told me my numbers were too high really showed she cared about my best interests and wasn't just trying to make a sale.
I ended up buying a house that was better than I ever imagined, and it wouldn't have happened without Christine's guidance. Christine was very responsive to all of my emails, flexible with schedules, and guided me throughout the whole process which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer. Christine was wonderful!! she made the home buying process so much easier than it would have been without her. I honestly cannot say a single negative thing about our experiencing with Christine - and the face that she is a lawyer as well was so refreshing.
