Hello My Name is Carla Faulkner I’m a licensed Realtor and the Property Manager here in Parker.

I have owned property in Parker since 1982 as a vacation home and moved here full time in 1992. I love this area and have become very involved in the community. I was the Manager of a Non-profit Organization called Parker Main Street for about 6 years. Our goal was to revitalize Downtown Parker and Promote the Downtown Businesses. I was also the Manager of the La Paz County Fair for a couple of years. I have been involved with the Chamber of Commerce since I arrived in Parker. As the Main Street Manager, I worked very closely with both Town and County Officials, I know my way around local government, which can be very help in Real Estate Transactions.

I have been married 17 years to a wonderful man named Mark. My passion is my horses. I am owned by a register Paint named Sundance, a Mustang off the range named Charlie and a little black and white Pomeranian who thinks she is a ranch dog. They keep me grounded and sane when life gets hectic.
