Bought a home in 2011.
When I first contacted Carlie to inquire on a property she had listed in Vacaville, we weren't even sure that this area was where we would be moving. Carlie worked with us for almost 1 full year and she helped us discover an area of Vacaville we fell in love with. We now live there and could not be happier. Once we found the home we wanted, we went through many difficulties with our loan process. Since we still owned another home and needed to find a reliable renter, qualifying for the new home was a real challenge. Carlie introduced us to an incredible property management company that had our place rented in 1 week - and the renter signed a 2 year lease. Carlie did so much more than necessary for us during our purchase process that we could never thank her enough. I was very pregnant at the end of closing this home purchase, and at times, I was exhausted with the process and wanted to give up. She didn't let me give up, but offered continued support and did an excellent job hanging in there with us until we had keys in hand. In this difficult market, where obtaining financing in a very resistant loan atmosphere is common, you need an agent like Carlie on your team. Helped me rent a Single Family home in Fairfield, CA.
Carlie found a great rental and was very patient with helping me find the "perfect" home. Looking forward to doing business with her again!
Her knowledge with closing & having the paperwork ready took the worry out of buying.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Suisun City, CA.
We had another agent for 6 months prior to going with Carlie. We had several offers fall through with the previous agent. Then a friend suggested we try his agent. Found a house put in an offer and got it accepted within 3 days.She was also able to reconcile the problems with the mortage company due to poor communication on their part . Carlie was on the phone with them making sure everything went through alright and were no problems. My father also passed away during this time and she was able to still get the deal done while we had to be in chicago. Highly recommend this agent she is very professional and knows the area and knows how to get deals done. If it wasnt for her we would probably still be looking for a house.…More Less
