Helped me rent a home.
Carlo is very attentive and always quick to respond. I've had experiences with brokers who always seemed to be after a commission rather than my interests, but I never got that feeling with him. I would definitely recommend Carlo.

Very knowledgeable about the market and also very quick responses to any questions i had. Also was very helpful in answering questions and also giving us many options to choose from within our budge/price range

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in City Center, Miami Beach, FL.
I had the opportunity to work with Alex and Carlo when my wife and I bought a condo on Miami Beach. I first communicated with them while we were still in Panama, where we live before going to Florida. From the onset Carlo was very helpful in presenting options of condo to view before going to Miami Beach from Panama. Upon arriving in Miami Beach, Alex was very attentive and helpful in showing us different units that were available for sale. Alex took seemed to take a personal interest in making sure that we saw the properties that were in our budget and that we liked. Alex went over and above his duties in making sure we got the best deal possible when we decided to make an offer. Both Alex and Carlo were involved throughout our purchasing process from beginning to the end. Alex and Carlo were very responsive to my questions about the process and provided excellent advice when consulted during the offer and buying process. They held our hand throughout the process and were a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend using ALEX AND CARLO IN THE FUTURE IF WE WRE TO MAKE ANOTHER REAL ESTATE PURCHASE. Alex and Carlo were very professional and polite, with a high degree of integrity. True professionals in the real estate field and a a couple that you would want on your team during a real estate purchase. When we decide to sell our unit, we will use Alex and Carlo to handle our sale too.

I had a very good experience working with Carlos, he just not help me to find that property with all the things I was looking for, but he was able to guide me thru the process in a very smooth way. He is also always available and willing to help even after he rented the property to me. I really recommend his services.

Sold a home in 2011.
Carlo rented my apartment quickly and to my satisfaction. Latter on, Carlo helped me to short sale an apartment in an impressive manner; when a client fell through, he obtained an alternate buyer over the weekend. Furthermore, when I was looking to rent an apartment with a beach front view he obtained a great deal in a fantastic neighborhood for me.
Carlo is a diligent professional who understands the client's needs. He is a masterful negotiator who has enough clients and knowledge to match everyone's needs. I have been his client for the past 10 years and I have often recommend him to many friends.
