From the start, Daniel provided an overarching description of the market, the type of houses out there and what my wife and I needed to do to get the house we wanted. He also talked about our relationship, building trust and making himself available for ongoing feedback. He worked with our schedule to show us houses at our convenience. This was all helpful.
Daniel knows his business very well and can speak confidently about what to expect from every player’s point of view: the seller, the bank, the loan officer and type of loan, the closing process, etc. This was super useful because some of the other players dropped the ball and Daniel helped my wife and I make various requests that made our process of buying a home more fluid. He was also knowledgeable about what it would take to repair various homes that needed fixing. His information was immediate. If he did not know something he would be resourceful enough to find the answer within hours. His attention to various details in the process continually enhanced my trust in him. I highly recommend Daniel as I have learned about good business through this relationship and experience.
