Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, I graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State in 2002 and proudly worked for one of the premier semi-custom builders in town. I had the privilege of supervising the construction of millions of dollars of inventory in the form of dozens of residential homes and condos in the greater Columbus area for which the average sale price was $461,364. I had the highest customer satisfaction rate in 9 years. When the residential market first started to show signs of weakness in 2006, I decided to switch it up and am one of the few managers to switch from residential to commercial construction. I worked as a project manager for several years at a mid size contracting firm supervising large warehouse construction as well as office and retail renovations. I did not feel travel was ideal for my family so I quickly came to the realization my passion would be better served and utilized into real estate consulting, however, the knowledge and experience gained in those fields has been a key component to achieving results in real estate.
I joined the Lubinsky team in 2009 to learn everything I could from a recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award winner. This allowed me to hit the ground running, and since then, I have consistently sold millions of inventory a year. I have routinely performed over 6 times better than average agent, and helped the Lubinsky team earn further honors such being one of the top 25 teams for all of RE/MAX Central and Northern Ohio for 2012. I left the Lubinsky team in the Spring of 2013 and business has been doing well. I am now growing my own team and have recently brought on an assistant who was a practicing attorney.
I strive to be the best stemming from the obvious viewpoint of my clients and their expectations of an agent. My goal is simply to provide most knowledgeable and comprehensive service possible to all clients.
Negotiation, single family homes, condominiums, bank owned, and bargain homes/investment properties with a territorial specialty encompassing all of central Ohio although my preference is toward the north side market from Hilliard to Gahanna.
