Carmen has lived in Monrovia since childhood, attended Santa Fe Middle School and Monrovia High!
Carmen has an extensive work resume from fast foods, to retail to advertising, television and radio to a stable 10 years in a utility company. During this time, Carmen completed her B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.
Carmen loves working with buyers,
whether FHA, conventional or cash - to help someone get in the right home within their budget and to know that she was part of helping their dream come true is priceless! Her natural training ability allows her to guide people through the sometimes challenging world of offers, with their refusals and acceptances and the always challenging loan process.
Carmen also likes working with seasoned sellers that have been around the block and want to work with a diligent, upbeat and always optimistic REALTOR® like herself!
Carmen likes leveraging her negotiation skills for win-win transactions carried out with integrity. Carmen's communication skills allow her to win the trust of clients and Real Estate agents alike. Carmen believes every transaction is a project and strives to build teamwork through her commitment and communication.
Carmen is an active participant in her community, helping with fundraisers for schools and part of the PTA, PTSA and School Site Council.
