Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Green Bay, WI.
My family and I lucked out when we met Carol. My husband accepted a job in Portsmouth NH, that meant moving across the country to an area neither of us had really spent much time and had no first hand knowledge of other then what we had learned from our scouting trip out there. To say I was nervous about moving was an understatement. We would be moving not only our family, but our 3 horses as well. We had very specific needs and Carol was not only a complete and total pro from day one she was my first friend in the area. I spent hours and hours with Carol in person and on the phone. I made 3 scouting trips out to NH to look for homes and Carol pretty much devoted herself to me for all 3 of those trips. She would spend the whole weekend driving me all over, show me 6-7 houses a day for 2-3 days. She gathered additional research for me about schools and equestrian activities in the area, and was hands down the best sounding board I had. She worked with me for months, she is hands down the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. As a former member of the mortgage industry (I am now a stay at home mom) I have worked with hundreds of realtors, Carol is the only one I would ever recommend to a friend.

Bought a home in 2010.
Carol was so helpful through the first home buying experience. She ventured into some very sketchy places to satisfy my husbands curiosity and was a good sport. We had a few potential purchases that came with lots of baggage and Carol walked us through each one. When we finally landed on the right home it went very smooth with Carol leading the way. I highly recommend Carol. She is attentive, accommodating, persistent ( at the right time) and honest. She met all our needs.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2006 for approximately $175K in Madbury, NH.
Carol worked tirelessly to sell my house in Lee. Two years later she helped me purchase a home for myself. She gave me great advice in general, helped me to find the perfect place and then found me a lender who offered a program that fit my needs. She has listed this place as well for me - both for sale and for rent, again offering great advice about the market trends and protecting my investment. Carol is always on top of things and is very knowledgeable about the real estate and mortgage business, but she is also friendly, easy to talk to, and very compassionate. I trust her completely and have recommended her on many occasions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Raymond, NH.
My husband and I were absolutely delighted with Carol as our realtor. She kept in constant contact (always prompt responses to questions, too), was very honest and professional, looked out for our best interests in more ways than can be explained, and was simply a WONDERFUL, amiable, kind person to work with. She has our highest recommendation.
