She is exceptionally well organized and is a superlative marketer. Houses in this neighborhood sell very quickly, so there is an art to pricing and marketing to maximize the number and size of offers. I do not think anyone else could have gotten us as much for our home given the time frame.

Caroline is the best! She is not only a great agent but a genuine and wonderful person. When my wife and I were considering the possibility of selling our house she met with us and went into detail of the pros and cons of our property. Once we decided to sell she was maestro at conducting the process. Caroline worked with us on the best plan to make our house as desirable as possible. Every little question we had she would take the time to clearly explain to us the answer. She was always easy to get in contact with and was always informative to talk to. Any time she had forms or information to present to us she was educated on every aspect of what was at hand and clearly explained what everything meant. Her knowledge of the housing market paid off as well. We received multiple offers well beyond the asking price and she made the process of closing painless.
To top thing off Caroline also assisted us with our new home purchase out of the area that she was not the agent on. We actually had a different real estate agent who unfortunately was not as seasoned as Caroline. From contract to the closing she helped us make sure we were in a great situation in what became a difficult transaction. In hind sight if Caroline had not given her assistance the deal may not have happened or we could have been put into a bad situation.

We closed on our new home just five weeks after meeting Caroline and Trevor. We found Caroline and Trevor based on Yelp! Reviews, and couldn't be more pleased.
Trevor took the lead on showing us properties and handling all the paperwork. Throughout the process they were both responsive, prompt, patient, and offered excellent guidance on our many questions. Caroline and Trevor accommodated our schedules and met with us on a Friday evening to explain what to expect and provided a guide on the home buying process. We were impressed by their warm, friendly, and honest approach. Trevor set up an autofeed in MLS and we were able to share ideas about what we liked and didn't like to help guide the search.
After our first day looking at properties with Trevor we decided to make an offer on a place we had visited during a previous open house. We thought it would be our first of many offers, but with Trevor and Caroline's guidance our first offer and subsequent counteroffer was accepted! My husband and I thought we had a perfect home in a perfect location until our little one started school. We quickly realized the pain of morning commute and the lack of a good school district. We barely had 2 waking hours in a day to spend as a family. Tired, exhausted and frustrated we decided to make the move to the peninsula area. That was when we were introduced to Caroline Dinsmore by one of our very good friends and well wishers. In her intro email our friend called Caroline a gem and in the next four months we worked with Caroline to purchase our home she proved to be just that!
Right from our first meeting to all the way until we signed our closing documents, Caroline went above and beyond our expectations. She's super sweet with clients and agents but she knows how to get tough when she needs to. Once the deal was closed, came in the need to make the new house our home.
