We sold our beautiful Barrington home quickly in what is not an easy market after choosing Carolyn to list it. She told us when to list,how to price it, the demographic of the buyers she thought it would attract and where they would come from. She was correct on all 4 (in final selling price her bet was off by only $1,000 !). Our buyers were demanding and she also stood between us and them, not always a fun position. Coleman's local knowledge worked to our benefit - its an independent firm with deep roots and we felt well represented/covered. We had been house hunting very actively for over a month. We needed to find a home quickly in order for the children to begin school on time in their new town. We were looking in several towns, but finally decided on pursing houses in Barrington, RI.
We were not having any luck finding any suitable housing. In fact, we were in negotiations on a house that needed a lot of work, when we received a call from Carolyn. She informed us of a house that was going on the market in a couple of days. We drove out the next day to see the house. After we toured the house, we immediately put in an offer that day.
