I responded to a rental/sale property online, and Carolyn's name came up as a contact person. Before I knew it, Carolyn responded within minutes, and it was much later in the day also, and she responded back to me 2-3 times. The next day she emailed me again, with a phone call to follow through. What I had ask for was a seasonal rental property in central florida. She explained this was not her expertise, but would do everything she could to help me, and she has done that and more. People like Carolyn are hard to come by, someone who goes out of there way to help others when no one else would take the time to do so. This is definitely a tribute to her character and professionalism. I would certainly recommend Carolyn to assist you. She is very energetic, and would go to all extremes to help you also. I owe Carolyn a huge thank you, and I know she will continue to answer any of my questions.

Carolyn was outstanding in every way. This was our first time buying a home and Carolyn was very patient with us. Her advice was consistently sound. She is very knowledgeable. She wasn't just unlocking the door; she pointed out pros and cons and helped us make an informed decision. Also, Carolyn was absolutely amazing during the contract negotiations - she knows the terms of the deal and knows how to effectively achieve a positive result for her clients. We highly recommend Carolyn and wouldn't dream of buying or selling a home without Carolyn.

I met Carolyn through an online ad and have never regretted our chance meeting. Her integrity, honesty and resourcefulness are unsurpassed. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients and truly has her clients' best interest at heart. She has always made herself available to me, whenever I felt I needed her attention whether it be looking at a home or helping with other homebuying advice. I recommend Carolyn with absolutely no reservations, knowing that she will provide the same level of service to any client.

If I could, I'd give her 10 stars. Not only is she the best at what she does but, also is a sweet caring person. I contacted Carolyn several months ago in search of a home for rent. I was very particular on what I had in mind and I even knew I was asking for the impossible. Carolyn told me she generally works with home sales and not rentals but, would see what she could find. She kept me informed on places that I might be interested in and went even further by sending special holiday wishes and weekend things to do around town. I mean, really, what type for realtor does that? Only Carolyn. I've had to look at homes with other realtors who clearly hate their job and could care less about you or the home they are showing. Carolyn does not fit in this category. She is a true professional and will exceed your expectations. So, after meticulous searching, she found the home I was starting to think didn't exist that was cheaper and closer to the school I needed than originally planned. And when I am ready to purchase a home, I have no doubt about who I will call. Regardless, I will keep in touch with her, for my daughter and I are forever grateful.

Carolyn was wonderful. After meeting with her once, she found us our dream home. We saw it the next day, and were immediately sold. We had some problems with the seller and his agent, but Carolyn made sure we were taken care of. She fought for us and what we wanted as buyers. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family!
