It can be rare to find both qualities in an agent, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a place. The number of details involved in purchasing a place can be really daunting, especially in our case with a short sale, but Carrie takes the time to explain each requirement and offer insight from her experience. This is extremely valuable information. Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA.Summary:
In the beginning of past February I came up to the conclusion that owning started making more sense than renting and, therefore, it is worth trying to buy a condo rather than continue living in the apartment. I have chosen Carrie as my real estate agent (buyer’s side) based on her excellent ratings at zillow.com, and after almost three months of working with her I can say that I was enormously fortunate making that choice! After few showings my wife and I have settled on a condo we both liked. But the catch was that this was so called REO property (foreclosed and Bank owned) with all corresponding complications, pitfalls and hidden dangers. Through the entire course of this uneasy transaction we felt as safe as houses exclusively because of Carrie. She remained in close contact with us up to the day of escrow closing, returning all phone calls, responding to all e-mails and answering all our questions. As smart people do, Carrie thinks ahead considering all possible scenarios of how things may develop and always finds neutralizing measures against unwanted complications. Sometimes it looked like that some people involved were trying to get “asleep” and Carrie with her energy waked them up again and again to make things moving in right direction. Very professional, energetic, organized, always responsive, so much respectful to people around and overall the ideal real estate agent I can think of!
