Carrie helped my girlfriend and I get into our first home. The entire process is especially confusing as a first time home buyer. Throughout my house search process, Carrie was always very responsive and there to provide sound advice. For example, Carrie encouraged me to walk away from escrow on a house when some inspection issues popped up--that also means no commission if that deal closes. Despite pulling out of that particular deal, Carrie was never pressuring us to do anything we weren't prepared. Ultimately, we found the perfect house! Carrie truly does have her clients' best interests in mind.
Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Cheviot Hills, Los Angeles, CA.
Carrie has been a tremendous help to me and my fiance in finding the perfect place. She not only gets the job done well, but is also extremely pleasant to work with. It can be rare to find both qualities in an agent, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a place. The number of details involved in purchasing a place can be really daunting, especially in our case with a short sale, but Carrie takes the time to explain each requirement and offer insight from her experience. This is extremely valuable information. Her communication skills are superb and she always kept me well informed throughout the process, suggesting new listings according to our preferences, and replying to e-mails/calls quickly throughout the purchase. Look at all the great reviews on this site, and you can see that others think so as well.
In my 7 years of working with Carrie, it pleases me to have her as a client of mine. She is always professional, courteous, determined, a great negotiator, and an absolute dream of a realtor. She is so detail oriented, has incredible follow through, and is always looking out formwhat is best for her clients. I wish all of my realtor clients were as respectful and pleasureable to,work with as Carrie.
Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA.
In the beginning of past February I came up to the conclusion that owning started making more sense than renting and, therefore, it is worth trying to buy a condo rather than continue living in the apartment. I have chosen Carrie as my real estate agent (buyer’s side) based on her excellent ratings at zillow.com, and after almost three months of working with her I can say that I was enormously fortunate making that choice! After few showings my wife and I have settled on a condo we both liked. But the catch was that this was so called REO property (foreclosed and Bank owned) with all corresponding complications, pitfalls and hidden dangers. Through the entire course of this uneasy transaction we felt as safe as houses exclusively because of Carrie. She remained in close contact with us up to the day of escrow closing, returning all phone calls, responding to all e-mails and answering all our questions. As smart people do, Carrie thinks ahead considering all possible scenarios of how things may develop and always finds neutralizing measures against unwanted complications. Sometimes it looked like that some people involved were trying to get “asleep” and Carrie with her energy waked them up again and again to make things moving in right direction. Very professional, energetic, organized, always responsive, so much respectful to people around and overall the ideal real estate agent I can think of! Thank you, Carrie, very, very much for your outstanding professionalism and high human qualities!
Showed home in 2010 in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, CA.
She has been very helpful and patience with my husband and me. She will take the time and effort to go a long way to help us find the right house. She is funny and honest. If she saw a house that is overpriced, she will tell us. This only means she is not in it for the commission. she really wants to help people find the right house for them. I really like her and will highly recommend her to anybody.
Carrie is very professional, responsive, organized and detail oriented. She is very respectful to everyone, even when circumstances get difficult. She does a great job smoothing over the bumps so her client deals with as little complication as possible. Carrie tries to make you feel as comfortable as she can throughout the whole process. She wants her clients to be educated, but not burdened.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.35M in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA.
Carrie advised us of the minimum we needed to do to make our parents' house sell-ready, and I mean room to room, paint this, leave that... She advised us how to stage the home to tell the story of each room without re-decorating the whole place. In obviously the worst housing market conceivable, she received an offer prior to the first official open house. It was exactly what we were asking. And we only had to reduce the sale price as we discovered problems that absolutely had to be addressed. She is knowledgeable, confident, realistic, and compassionate. She made everyone, seller and buyers, feel respected and understood. Carrie created a win-win process and transaction for all of us. We love her and so will you.
I've been looking for investment property and or a "move up" property for the last year in the West Los Angeles area. Beverly Hills, Century City and Westside. Carrie has been very responsive and is always willing to show me properties that fit within my criteria. Very professional and knowledgeable, I'd highly recommend Carrie.
