Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.
Working with Carrie has been a joy. As a family with a very modest income and a limited budget Carrie has assisted us with the utmost professionalism. We were able to find a wonderful deal and never felt pressured to commit to a property that we were uncomfortable with. Carrie has really gone above and beyond for us and has really become part of our family. I look forward to working with her again when we are looking to upgrade our housing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $500K in Leschi, Seattle, WA.
I was SO impressed with Carrie's intimate knowledge of not just the neighborhood, but the neighbors.
She also did a stellar job of finding us a variety of sizes and styles of home to look at and learning our preferences. The moment we found the right house for us, it was clear.
Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable, but she was also wonderful about letting experiment for ourselves.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675K in East Ballard, Seattle, WA.
Carrie's expertise during the home buying process was impressive: location of home, paperwork involved, and the aspects of negotiation were all areas where her high level of experience is clear. This was our first home purchase, prior to this we had only purchased condos, and Carrie was absolutely invaluable in recognizing details - both flaws and perks - that we simply never would have noticed ourselves. Carrie had the patience to go above and beyond during our long search process and we were very thankful for the opportunity to work with her.
Also very impressive is the range of knowledge she has across the different neighborhoods of Seattle.
