Our experience with Michelle and Robert was nothing short of excellent. From the first moment that they started to help us find our first home, they were listening to what we wanted and constantly keeping our best interest at the fore front. Every question that we had, they would have an answer to and they would give insight to areas that hadn't even occurred to us. When it came to contact and responding, they were always available seven days a week at any time of day. There honestly isn't a single aspect of our experience with Michelle and Robert where we could have asked for more. They were always professional and made buying a home fun and exciting, and for that we thank them.

Rob and Michelle helped me get a great condo at a great price. It wouldn't have happened if they didn't work so hard to get an offer in quickly. They are very responsive and they know the market. I would recommended them to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Snohomish, WA.
Michelle & Robert were great to work with. They were easy to get a hold of they always seemed to find time to show us houses when we were available. The seller of the house we ultimately bought & her agent were extremely rude, unprofessional, and generally very unpleasant to deal with. It was almost as if they did not want to actually sell the house. Michelle & Robert were totally professional & patient the whole way thru the long & painful negotiations, and did a great job for us. I would use Michelle & Robert again when buying or selling a home & would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of good agents!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lynnwood, WA.
Robert and Michelle made my home buying experience much less stressful than I expected it would be. I had nearly ten million questions, and all of them were answered in detail and in a timely manner. Their insights on properties were never in their interest and instead were always honest, whether it be positives or negatives about the properties. They will be hearing from me next time I am searching for a new home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Redmond, WA.
Michelle and Robert are the best! Over seven months, they helped us look at a bunch of houses and gave us expert advice on what would need to be replaced/repaired and how much it might cost. For example, Robert identified several houses with defective siding which I never would have noticed. They have a great idea of what the market is like and whether a house is a good buy or not.
We found a short-sale early on that we loved and put an offer on and Michelle and Robert helped us negotiate (and later re-negotiate the price when the bank asked for more). We got a great deal on the house.
We are beginning the process of listing our previous house with them, and they have a great selection of handy people they can call to get your house picture-perfect and ready to sell. The house looks wonderful now and I have a good feeling it will sell quickly.

Bought a home in 2006.
Outstanding! Above and beyond! I was fortunately enough to have been recommended Robert Carroll through a friend who had a positive experience purchasing a property. I had been working with a number of other Real Estate agents looking for investment properties with very little success, most just gave me listings and opened doors when asked. That all changed when I met Robert! He has ton of experience in this field and helped steer me into a couple great properties … (as well as steer me away from a number of others.) I always felt he had my long term interest in mind at all stages of the deal. What really set Robert aside from all others was the fact he continued his contact and service LONG after the properties were closed and he had been paid, that just doesn’t happen anymore. His level of service and knowledge has been invaluable to me. I later met Michelle and experienced the same above and beyond level of service with her, a couple times doing things to help me that was clearly not their responsibility at all. I will use them again and have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Although we did not ultimately close with Michelle Lions and Robert Carroll, they were very helpful and polite during our home search. Throughout each walkthrough, they provided detailed thoughts on each property that helped us make critical decisions in our home purchase.

In all of our experience with realtors; this was by far the best, they listened to all of our "wish list" items and stayed within our budget. I would recommend Michelle and Rob to anyone!
Michelle has extensive knowledge of the Seattle and the Eastside region and provided us with a lot of background on prospective property. Her partner, Robert, is the 'field guy' and has considerable experience in this field and had worked as a property manager in the past which provided him with great insight on the condition of properties.
Michelle and Robert accompanied us for several showings and promptly provided us with comps and other HOA information to help make us an informed decision. The condo that we ended up purchasing had 4 other offers and I am certain that Michelle and Robert's local knowledge of the market and the selling agent is what helped seal the deal for us. After we closed the condo, Michelle even offered to help list the property as a rental and provide the right documentation and contracts with the tenant.
We will certainly be working with Michelle and Robert for our next property purchase and you should too!
