Casey has been in real estate full time since 2001, with experience in all facets of real estate—from the $20,000 manufactured home to multi-million dollar hotel development transactions.  He has been interviewed for articles by the Seattle Times, Forbes Magazine & the International Examiner offering insights on the real estate market. He is a 5-star rate Zillow Premier Agent and was awarded Seattle Magazine's Five Star Real Estate Agent award.   He has also consulted on 2 HGTV shows.

He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.  Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he was a policy analyst with the Washington State Senate where he advised Senators on public policy issues and the drafting of relevant legislation.  Because entering into real estate contracts is serious business, he makes sure to advise his clients about the obligations they are entering in to and ensures they are kept in the loop at all stages of a transaction.  Where necessary, he also will direct you to other experts for further advice, including attorneys, CPAs, title representatives and inspectors.

Casey has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals and demonstrates great care in leading them through the process of buying and/or selling their home. He is also very committed to improving the communities he serves, and volunteers with various organizations throughout the year.  Casey is the co-President of the Board of Trustees for the Wing Luke Asian Museum in Seattle's International District, including the period during their $23 million capital expansion and is a founding board member of the Washington Vietnamese Americans Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of Democrats for Life of Washington.

He and his wife Allison (a public school teacher) live in the Edmonds Bowl and attend Bethany Community Church. They have two young boys, Cameron and Tyler.

Ratings & Reviews

Casey helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. We were new to the process and he was patient and knowledgeable with us, teaching us what we needed to know along the way. He was also very accessible, even speaking with us several times while he was on vacation with his family. He also set us up with a temporary agent in his absence to ensure there would be no delays in our home search and offer process. It was a pleasure working with Casey, and he absolutely helped make our home buying process as seamless as possible.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $475K in Finn Hill, Kirkland, WA.

He worked with us from Chicago and then once we finally moved here we had to rent an apartment and he was patient and very helpful throughout our 12 month lease. Found a house in our desired neighborhood and all before our lease was up! His best advice, "you can never change your location, you can always fix the house!"  More Less

Amy, Congratulations! You're going to LOVE waking up to that view every day! And to not overpay in a multiple offer situation? Enjoy!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Everett, WA.

Casey was exceedingly helpful in answering all of our questions prior to and throughout the listing of our home. His advice in when to sell, how to stage and market the home, etc. helped us to get our home sold quickly and at our asking price. You cannot go wrong with him representing you!
