Casey has been in real estate full time since 2001, with experience in all facets of real estate—from the $20,000 manufactured home to multi-million dollar hotel development transactions.  He has been interviewed for articles by the Seattle Times, Forbes Magazine & the International Examiner offering insights on the real estate market. He is a 5-star rate Zillow Premier Agent and has awarded Seattle Magazine's Five Star Real Estate Agent award for Customer Service.   He has also consulted on 2 HGTV shows.

He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.  Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he was a policy analyst with the Washington State Senate where he advised Senators on public policy issues and the drafting of relevant legislation.  Because entering into real estate contracts is serious business, he makes sure to advise his clients about the obligations they are entering in to and ensures they are kept in the loop at all stages of a transaction.  Where necessary, he also will direct you to other experts for further advice, including attorneys, CPAs, title representatives and inspectors.

Casey has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals and demonstrates great care in leading them through the process of buying and/or selling their home. He is also very committed to improving the communities he serves, and volunteers with various organizations throughout the year.  Casey is the co-President of the Board of Trustees for the Wing Luke Asian Museum in Seattle's International District, including the period during their $23 million capital expansion and is a founding board member of the Washington Vietnamese Americans Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of Democrats for Life of Washington.

He and his wife Allison (a public school teacher) live in the Edmonds Bowl and attend Bethany Community Church. They have two young boys, Cameron and Tyler.

Ratings & Reviews

First time buyers will appreciate Casey's positive and calm demeanor. Casey was highly professional without being patronizing and provided customer service with genuine kindness. He really helped us understand the process and remained patient with our anxiety and questions. We looked for houses in our area for one day and we made two offers that same day. Casey worked often late until the night during the buying process. Buying a home can be so stressful, but Casey made the process surprising calm. We would recommend him to anyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Brighton, Seattle, WA.

I got to keep this brief but I want you to know that Casey Bui is an excellent realtor. He knows what's doing, he knows how to fight on your behalf, and he'll see you through any difficulties that might arise. Casey was super professional, prompt, thorough, and a stickler for details that would affect us. He also came with the benefit of another agent who could show us around to properties when he wasn't available. Although my house buying experience was fraught with difficulties due to the seller, I always felt taken care of by Casey and he managed to get us the house we wanted despite every hurdle we had to cross. I would recommend Casey to everyone.  More Less

You were both fun to work with! Thanks so much for sticking through with the process. I know it was a bumpy ride at times, but your perseverance paid off in the end! You'll have a great story to tell now! :)

Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Martha Lake, Lynnwood, WA.

As an engineer, I really appreciated his attention to detail, his clarity and brevity. I felt like I was on the same wavelength as he was. He made me feel like I was his only client even though I knew he had others. I felt like I could really trust him. He was helpful at every stage and offered his knowledgable insights when needed but never overloaded me with his opinions. He made the whole process easy, taking care of many details. The whole process of finding the house was an organic process of discovering the best house that fit our needs. Casey learned and adapted to the kind of house we were looking for. He would often send lists of houses that we could view online, and many times, I was surprised and excited by the house options he found on the market. He was flexible to our schedule when we would visit houses. He arrived to pick us up, provided color print outs for each house on the list and a pen and clip board for us to take notes on. Then while at the house he helped us by pointed out either positive or sometimes negative features of house as we walked through. Once we found a house and started the paperwork, he answered all my questions and explained the documents. I felt like he was assertive and pro-active and represented our interests and desires with the home owners during the negotiation phase with the sellers. I felt that I really benefited from his real estate experience.  More Less
