Casey has been in real estate full time since 2001, with experience in all facets of real estate—from the $20,000 manufactured home to multi-million dollar hotel development transactions.  He has been interviewed for articles by the Seattle Times, Forbes Magazine & the International Examiner offering insights on the real estate market. He is a 5-star rate Zillow Premier Agent and has awarded Seattle Magazine's Five Star Real Estate Agent award for Customer Service.   He has also consulted on 2 HGTV shows.

He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration.  Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he was a policy analyst with the Washington State Senate where he advised Senators on public policy issues and the drafting of relevant legislation.  Because entering into real estate contracts is serious business, he makes sure to advise his clients about the obligations they are entering in to and ensures they are kept in the loop at all stages of a transaction.  Where necessary, he also will direct you to other experts for further advice, including attorneys, CPAs, title representatives and inspectors.

Casey has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals and demonstrates great care in leading them through the process of buying and/or selling their home. He is also very committed to improving the communities he serves, and volunteers with various organizations throughout the year.  Casey is the co-President of the Board of Trustees for the Wing Luke Asian Museum in Seattle's International District, including the period during their $23 million capital expansion and is a founding board member of the Washington Vietnamese Americans Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of Democrats for Life of Washington.

He and his wife Allison (a public school teacher) live in the Edmonds Bowl and attend Bethany Community Church. They have two young boys, Cameron and Tyler.

Ratings & Reviews

Casey made my home buying experience as painless as possible. Due to a medical condition, I needed to find a home that was wheelchair accessible. At times I became frustrated about the lack of ADA housing; Casey was quick to recognize my discouragement. He provided calm assurance that it was a normal part of the process and that we would find what I needed. It took months of searching before we found what I was looking for. Throughout that time, Casey picked me up an drove me around to look at properties, sometimes several times a week. For each of these visits he had to break down my wheelchair and reassemble it at every home. He wheeled me around, lifted me up and down stairs, and took me back to homes I wanted to see again, all while being attentive to my physical needs. It was more than I would have expected from any agent. After purchasing my new home, Casey was able to recommend a contractor for the additional ADA remodels I needed. It was no surprise that the contractor operated with the same friendliness, honesty, and professionalism as Casey.

Marie, I am so excited for this awesome home! It couldn't have been the more perfect fit for you. So glad to be a part of the process for you. I'll continue to keep in touch to see how the remodel goes and how you're doing. Casey

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Burien, WA.

This is the second time I have worked with Casey in buying a home. Both experiences I have felt like I got the best deal possible. While this particular deal took a long time because it was a foreclosure and the listing agent was slow, Casey was able to negotiate more than $10k of improvements that Fannie Mae paid for in order to get us in (something other realtors have said is unheard of!). The thing I appreciate most about Casey is that he runs things more like an advocate and less like a salesperson. My wife and I both felt that Casey was willing to put in the time to get us the best situation. For us, that meant a lot of time! In the end, it was all worth it. Thanks Casey!  More Less

David, All of my clients are so cool, it makes spending time with you a breeze! That was a fun one; let's do it again and get more repairs done by the Seller! Casey

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA.

My partner and I could not have been in better hands buying our first home. Casey was knowledgeable, strategic, reliable, and kind. He listened carefully to our priorities and financial limitations, and had confidence that we would be able to find a home we would be happy in (even when we couldn't imagine it actually happening!). Casey had excellent communication and always made sure we understood what was going on. Whenever we ran into a snag, he was a calm but stalwart advocate for us and made sure the issue got resolved. I seriously can't imagine having gone through this process with anybody else. I would strongly recommend Casey to anyone purchasing a home, but especially to first time homebuyers.  More Less
