Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Villa Park, Denver, CO.
Casey Shea has to be the best real estate agents I have ever worked with or known. I used to work in real estate so I know how some can be a little shady. He is friendly, smart, determined, on time, listens to what you want and finds it. He went above and beyond his job. His cheerful attitude is amazing and refreshing. His knowledge of real estate is accurate and his ability to negotiate is par none the best. I would recommend him to anyone buying and or selling a home. The house we just bought had every thing wrong that you would not want to happen in buying a home. Difficult sellers, problems with title, moving of closing date, and Casey just got everything handled and made me not even have to worry at all. Found a tenant for a Condo home in Lincoln Park, Denver, CO.
Working with Casey has been such a wonderful experience. He is always a professional as he represents us. Since we live outside of the area, he attends to our tentants needs and has been fully responsible for keeping the unit rented/occuppied. To this date he has done an amazing job which has greatly reduced the stress of being a long-distance landlord. I do not think that we could do this without him.
