Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $600K in Barcroft, Arlington, VA.

It was great working with Casey! I tend to be a bit of a worrier and so the idea of simply selling my home stressed me out. My husband and I had a lot going on and were moving out of state. Things were hectic personally and so Casey was exactly what I needed. He exuded a sense of calm and pragmatism while acting with a sense of urgency (in a good way!) when selling our home. His experience showed when we discussed the sale, etc., and I always felt more assured after we spoke. He was never pushy but rather really seemed to care about what my husband and I needed as we considered selling vs renting the house. He was also flexible - we thought we had found our own buyer only to have the person bail on us twice - the second time was in the 8th inning. Casey was flexible through it all and I am happy to say we got a very good price on our house (thanks to Casey) despite the timing and setbacks (nothing to do with Casey) that took place as we moved. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $700K in Arlington Forest, Arlington, VA.

Casey was one of three realtors/brokers that my husband and I interviewed to help us with the sale of our home. He has lived and worked in our neighborhood for decades and has a well established reputation so we felt we had to include him among the interviewees. From the start, we felt comfortable with him.
