Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $250K in Wayzata, MN.
Cassie is an exceptional agent. She made the process of purchasing our first home relaxing, educational and enjoyable. We were immediately impressed with her work ethic, knowledge of the market, personality, organization, responsiveness and ability to identify properties well suited for us. After touring a few properties to understand our priorities better, we had a great time touring twelve homes in one day and ultimately purchased the last home on our marathon tour. To our surprise, we had an offer on the table within three weeks of meeting Cassie and were able to enjoy a full summer in our new home. We have recommended Cassie to all of our friends and family in the area and would never consider working with anyone else in the future.

Sold a home in 2007.
Cassie was great working with us as first time home buyers. She was patient with us during many quesitons and concerns. We ended up looking any many homes in several areas and she worked with us until we found the right home for us. Two years later when we had to relocate due to a job change she was there again and got our house sold as many other houses were sitting on the market. We would recommend her to anyone!

Working with Cassie was an outstanding experience. Her persistence and dedication toward helping us find our first home was amazing. We were not easy to work with, due to our lack of experience in the housing market, but Cassie was extremely patient with us and helped us along every step of the way. As if the above needs a addendum: If and when we ever decide to move,we would definitely use Cassie Frick again,and again until there are no homes left to buy. She has a gift for what she does. She is driven to make sure her customers are satisfied. She will follow through when she says she will. She has heroic tenacity. She is extremely knowledgeable about her trade. If she does not know an area [which is doubtful] she will do her homework to educate herself about any areas she is not familiar with. She is up to date in the real estate world. She will work to find the house you want. Truly. My husband and I looked at 10 plus houses with her. She is extremely patient. She listens and remembers. She has very skillful negotiation abilities. In short,she gets the job done.

Cassie was wonderful to work with when we bought our first home. Very knowledgeable and she was really in tune with what we wanted/needed in a home. We will definitely use her next time we are looking for a house and when we sell our current home.

Sold a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $400K in East Calhoun, Minneapolis, MN.
We worked with Cassie to sell our condominium a couple of years ago. She was highly energetic, responsive, creative and had an excellent handle on the marketplace. I would highly recommend her!
