I am a real estate investor working in the North Shore. I recently purchased a house in Peabody that Arthur found for me. i will tell you it was great working with him on this deal. His experience and professionalism is greatly appreciated and wasvnecessary on this one. I know it would have been very difficult if not impossible to get to the closing table with out his hard work. We are just about to close another deal on 4/23. As an investor I run in to agents who don't understand what a real estate investor does. They only understand the retail real easte market. Buying a home is one thing but selling is another. I believe DNA beat all expectations in this area. They are straight shooters when they price your property. They won't promise a furtune only to tell you you are over price and have to cut your price. The set a good price and sell your house quick and clean.
