Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Northeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
In 25 years of buying and selling homes Catherine Taryle is without a doubt the best Real Estate Agent I've ever encountered. Went way out of her way to help us with every step of the sale all the way to closing. Afterwards she watched over my property until I could I could arrive in Colorado Springs. Went to my home and stood by while ADT alarm system was installed, then when the wind set off my alarm in the she was the emergency contact for my alarm.....again she responded by going to my home to make sure things were alright. This individual is first class and has become a part of my family. I could not recommend her more highly for anyone looking for 1st class treatment and a caring individual...use her services you will not be disappointed. Forrest and Delia Ogle

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Southeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
Catherine had nothing but our best interests in mind throughout our entire lengthy home search. She researched hundreds of homes for us over the course of 8 months. I'm sure it was tiring for her (it had to be!) but she never let it show. She answered question after question after question - sometimes twice because my husband and I would call her separately and ask the same questions. Her patience is endless and she helped us find the perfect home for our family at the perfect price. Her knowledge of the business of realty is astounding and her ability to put it into terms we could understand is priceless. We found a good friend in our Realtor and we are so grateful that she is in our lives. Thank you Catherine!
For months on end she tolerated (and maybe even enjoyed) my constant searching. Even though my price range wasn't one that would make her millions, she treated me like it was. She was always very quick to respond to questions (and being a first timer I had many), was professional and enjoyable to spend time with. I knew I could count on her for honest opinions as well.
