Showed home in 2013.
Cathy has been helping us find our dream home for 4 months now. During this time, we have viewed dozens of homes and have finally put in an offer on one. She has consistently gone overboard to accommodate our every need. She is personable, knowledgeable and has the patience of Job! She is a professional through and through, but one with a heart the size of Texas! Thanks, Cathy!

Showed home in 2013 in Centre, AL.
We were/are seriously considering moving from California to the Centre area. During our recent short visit Cathy was very accommodating, showing us many properties and trying to locate us just the right one to meet our requirements in a very short period of time!
Because we did not find what we wanted, we cannot at this time rate her on "negotiation skills" and "process expertise" except to say that we have every confidence that she would have been excellent! In talking with her and asking questions, it is obvious that she is very knowledgeable on the process!
If and when we return to Centre we will definitely be contacting Cathy to continue our search for the perfect home for us!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Cedar Bluff, AL.
Can't tell you enough about Cathy's work for us over a period of several years. The market was in a downturn and second homes weren't selling, but Cathy never stopped marketing our home nor did HER efforts ever decline in assisting us.
I'm sure she is also a wonderful buyer's agent, but I can tell you, I've NEVER had a listing agent NEARLY so good as Cathy Griffeth. You can trust her implicitly. She will go above and beyond.

Bought a home in 2011.
Bought a lake home in December 2011. I don't even know where to start. Cathy is a pro! Started as our agent and quickly became our lifelong friend. Cathy is just as responsive to our needs after the sale as she was before. I very highly recommend Cathy Griffeth!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Leesburg, AL.
I honestly believe we wouldn't have gotten our dream home without Cathy's help! She showed us several homes, and when the perfect one became available, she was first in line to show it to us the same night it listed. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and buying process and works hard to make herself available whenever needed. We first met her as our realtor, but we now consider her a family friend.

Being new to the area and NO knowledge of how to buy a home I called Cathy about a home she had listed and from the moment we met her we felt like we had known her for years, she knew things that we had no idea about and guided us in to many ways to write about, I trust her to put any of her customers, that quickly become friends, interest ahead of all things. She has worked with us for going on two years with the purchase of two homes, one my son bought and one we bought. I could call her at any time and knew that I would get a response,I thank God for this journey that has brought her into our lives for she is a caring,smart,loving and a kind person that we are honored to now call friend! Let me add that both homes were listed by another seller but she worked just as hard as she would if it had been her listing!

Bought a home in 2011.
Cathy has been our realtor for about 7 years. Three years prior to our meeting, we had an agent in Cedar Bluff that was, in our opinion, just interested in her listings. We asked Cathy not to be pushy and to be patient. We told her what we were looking for and in what price range. It took awhile but she found it. Words can't describe how grateful we are for the obvious divine intervention that sent her our way. We have truly found a GREAT realtor, and most important, a TRUE friend. We love you Cathy & Roger. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Cedar Bluff, AL.
As a buyer, we didn't know about all kinds of things... like title searches, recording of deeds ,how to find boundary lines on a map and the whole process of buying. Cathy Griffeth made our search for a new home a breeze. She was very knowlegeable about what properties were in our price range and what would personally fit our needs. We bought the perfect house for us. We even negotiated the price and it was a pleasureable experience. I personally recomend using Kathy and Cedar Bluff Real Estate because Cathy Griffeth is the Real Estate Agent you CAN trust!

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Cedar Bluff, AL.
During one of the worst real estate markets I have ever been in, Cathy was my hero. She kept me informed constantly and reassured me that she was constantly working for me. If you want someone that has integrity and an incredible work ethic, Cathy is the one to hire. After the long and painful process, I think I can call Cathy my friend. I can not say that about many real estate agents. Thank you Cathy. My highest recommendation!
