Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Madera Canyon, AZ.

Cathy Vega is very diplomatic, skilled and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Cathy kept us informed about comps, activity in the area, had several showing pre month. Cathy emailed to us the statistics about the real estate action going on in Green Valley. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone who wants an agent who is ethical, honest and hardworking.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Tucson, AZ.

I would recommend Cathy Vega to anyone looking to purchase a home. Cathy treated my family with consideration, kindness and honesty throughout our home search. She advised us on what was best for our future rather than what was best for herself. Even after signing the final documents she has continued to keep in touch to make sure all was going well with our new home. Cathy has truly been a blessing to us.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Tucson, AZ.

Cathy Vega is an amazing realtor!!! We were first time home buyers and she helped us understand every step of the home buying process, answered every question thoroughly, she listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered nothing less. We bought a home that previously sold for 250k+ for $110k it is a beautiful home we couldn't be happier. Originally our short sale was going to.fall through but Cathy fought and worked her hardest to make sure we got what we wanted for the price we wanted. it ended up going through, during signing a bump in the road again, but once AGAIN Cathy to the rescue! we spent so much time with her while signing contracts and looking at properties our children became attached to her love and personality! almost a year later and they still ask to see her. Cathy is a amazing, hard working, intelligent, self made woman, I don't know any other realtor that would add up she is highly recommended!!! Manny,Gina & boys, Happy homeowners in tucson az

Professional and curtious attitude. Very easy to work with, smooth and easy scheduling, quick and responsive in bidding. Found my home in nice newer area for $92,000, in great condition, with an original purchase price of $190,000. Highly recommened! A+

Extremely accommodating. She worked weekends and late hours to help with my schedule. She was very professional and listened to the things I wanted. She showed me all the houses I wanted yo see, and not just the ones being sold by her company. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

I hate to be so negative but Cathy was absolutely unaware to the VA/FHA/Fanny Mae/Freddie Mac home-buying process. If I had a dollar for every time I heard her say "oh, I don't know" or "oh, I'm so sorry", I could have covered the good faith money! She promised me that we would get our $400 appraisal back at closing... didn't happen. She brought in contractors to give estimates for work that needed to be done but the people she hired to work for ME were also contracted with Freddie Mac so they were nothing but argumentative and of little help. She showed no ability to play hard-ball with the selling agent. She actually didn't do anything for me other than the paperwork...we did all of the home buying research, came to her with the offer on the houses we were interested in but then had to listen to her get rail-roaded and pushed around by the selling agent leaving nothing in reserve to fight back with.... The only thing I could have done was walked away from a home that I really wanted but instead gave her the easiest UNEARNED commision she's probably ever received. The ONLY good thing she did was recommend a wonderful loan agent. She's a VERY nice person but a lousy business agent.

David, you should have said you were unhappy! Let me remind you of the facts so that your memories aren't so negative. You felt better about the house after meeting with the contractor & a/c techs I called in, happy about the termite treatment I negotiated. Appraisal--the lender can confirm the recent trend of Freddie not reimbursing appraisal fee, even though they agree to in the contract. Homebuying research/offer--the listing was one I sent you; I wrote both offers, the last at your dining table! You weren’t present to hear my conversations with the listing agent--I suspect you're unhappy because Freddie wouldn't reduce the price after inspection; Freddie sticks pretty rigidly to as-is. A client often isn't aware of all his agent is doing for him behind the scenes. I'm confident that no other agent could have negotiated better terms or done a better job for you. In the end, we were able to get you into a lovely home at a great price & I'm glad that I was a part of that. Best wishes!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Tucson, AZ.

My wife and I chose Cathy while we were still living in South Carolina from an internet ad on the SW side of Tucson (my wife was going to work at the VA and we needed to live on the South side for her job) Cathy, who lives on the NE side never complained about dragging us around the SW side and intuitively figured out what areas we were most attracted to. Cathy recommended a mortgage broker which we worked with, and over a two month period and many starts and stops she made an offer on the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted at a reasonable price. She went out of her way to review all paperwork and questioned it if she thought it had errors. Doing business with Cathy is like doing business with your best friend, she is always there for you!

Sold a home in 2010.

Cathy Vega has been my real estate agent for many years now. I have bought and sold homes several times with Cathy and things have gone smoothly every time. She even helped me rent the house that I still own and I have no doubt that it will turn out to be a good investment when the time is right.

A few years ago my brother and I decided to buy an investment house together. He is a former real estate agent from California and knows his stuff pretty well. He was skeptical at first but Cathy proved herself quickly. The thing he was the most hesitant about was selling the house once we had it fixed up. Cathy sold it in less than 3 weeks and for quite a bit more than we thought we could get for it. She really knows the Tucson real estate market.

Cathy and I have become good friends over the years and her knowledge of real estate never stops surprising me. I like to do a lot of looking before I buy so I can be a frustrating customer but she works tirelessly and spends a lot of time with me. I hope to be working with Cathy Vega for many more years. Thank you Cathy for always coming through for me. I really appreciate you.
