Cecil Provost is President and Principal Broker at Saratoga Springs. He has been one of the top producing Realtors in the Capital / Saratoga Region market (Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga, Lake George NY) since the 1980s. He began his real estate career in January 1985 with Realty USA in Clifton Park, became the first RE/MAX agent in the Saratoga market in 1989, and founded, built and eventually sold a major CENTURY 21 franchise in Saratoga Springs in the 1990's, and spent 3 years at Keller Williams Realty.
Cecil holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Potsdam, a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation, an ePRO (Certificate in Internet Professionalism) designation, a RCC (Residential Construction Certified) designation, and a CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designation. He is a NYS Certified Real Estate Instructor, a Certified Mentor for the Buffini and Company 100 Days to Greatness career development program, and was a member of the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams.
Cecil is also President of Saratoga Construction, Saratoga Modular Homes and Timber Block Log Homes of Upstate NY, three "sister" companies specializing in building custom homes, multifamily and light commercial buildings in the Capital Region, Saratoga and the Adirondacks. Cecil is a graduate of Leadership Saratoga and is an active volunteer with many community organizations including Wilton Rotary, American Red Cross and Wilton Youth Baseball. He lives in Wilton with his wife Sarah and 3 young sons.
