Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $300K in Shipley Terrace, Washington, DC.
I was in a complicated living situation when I began working with Cedric. I explained everything to him and he was very understanding. My skepticism about the whole process and my chances of being able to get another home were holding me back, mentally, but Cedric assured me that it would work out. His overall knowledge of the home buying process was pretty impressive, and he did everything he said he would do. At the end of everyday I enjoy my home and I owe it all to Cedric(and the person that told me about him) :-).

It's so great to have someone on my side that really understands the process. After speaking with him for the first time, I felt more at ease. I guess we shouldn't have been surprised because he came by referral. If someone ask us for a great Realtor, we'll be happy to refer them to Cedric.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Clarksburg, MD.
As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous about this whole process. Before choosing Cedric as our realtor, we met with him and discussed our needs and concerns in detail. He was able to assuage our fears and initiate us to be excited (as we should be!). When we thought we found our dream home, those plans fell through for reasons outside of Cedric's hands. Although this was a devastating blow, he immediately showed us another home to reassure us there are homes out there that fit within our constraints. Only two days later, we found a home that had everything from our "want" list, and fell right below our spending max. In fact, he was able to assist us in negotiating an even better deal. I'd like to also add that Cedric recommended an EXCELLENT property inspector, who found some items that needed attention. Cedric was persistent with the sellers to address these issues, making us feel that he was truly fighting for our best interests. We learned so much about home buying from Cedric and his associates, that when it is time for us to upgrade down the line, we know who we want on our side.
Never did we feel any pressure from Cedric to make certain decisions. Instead, he acted as a resource person to provide us with the knowledge to make our own choices. We definitely made a great one, as I am now writing this review in the comfort of our first home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Sixteenth Street Heights, Washington, DC.
Cedric came to me by referral and he did not disappoint. I've worked with quite a few agents and owned quite a few homes in my day so I know the lay of the land. Mr. Stewart really impressed me. He sold my house fast without a lot of fuss, and he was the first agent to have the guts to tell me the truth about the market. I'm glad I listened to him. This is someone you want working on your side.

Mr. Stewart knows how to make you feel at ease. I was relocating from Chicago and I found him online. The reviews are true, this guy is awesome. Things were super stressful but his calm, reassuring demeanor and wealth of info made the transition a lot easier. I ended up renting because of the short moving timeframe but I will be buying soon with his assistance! In the meantime, I make it a point to recommend him to everyone I know.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $1.075M in Near Northeast, Washington, DC.
My husband and I moved to DC two years ago from Houston, Texas. Recently, we decided that we were ready to buy a home and began our search using Zillow. Meeting Cedric was a lucky circumstance. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the DMV area, Cedric also inspires complete confidence. He listened (a rare quality these days – even in sales) and understood what we were looking for in a home. Cedric worked tirelessly to find the perfect match for us. He is truly a joy to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone in the real estate market.

Cedric is very professional, yet he manages to keep a personal touch and an authentic human side that goes beyond business. He went against his interest a couple of times to help me. He does not seem greedy and eager to push the client. But when it is the moment to act, he acts fast and efficiently. He responds immediately to messages, also during the weekend.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Owings Mills, MD.
I dealt with a lot of challenges with my lender and the seller during the home buying process. It was so bad that I almost quite more than once. Cedric and his team fought so hard for me and talked me off the ledge when I was ready to throw in the towel. I'm glad I listened to him because we finally closed and I couldn't be happier! They worked so hard, I told him they could give people my phone number if they need a reference, but I'm not gonna put it on here!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Capitol Heights, MD.
I've never met an agent like Cedric before. Every agent we interviewed just wanted to put a sign in the yard and put the house on the mls, THAT'S IT. Cedric came to us with this very inventive kind of a plan and we decide to give him a shot. I'm really glad we did because in less than a week, Cedric and his team brought us multiple offers and we ended up putting one under contract. Oh, did I mention he did this twice for us because he's now sold two different properties we owned?! Well he did. If you're looking for results and don't wanna deal with a bunch of crap, Cedric and Entourage Residential Group are definitely the way to go.
