Celia Lainez

I was born in Central America . When I was 19 my family moved to the United States in 1989.We lived in Los Angeles, California for 13 years where I met my husband. We eventually became happy parents of two wonderful boys. My 16 year old son is a baseball player and my 5 year old just entered kindergarten. We moved to Charles Town, West Virginia in 2003 and love it! I thought I preferred the hustle and bustle of city life, but came to realize that indeed I'm a country girl at heart!
Soon after moving to Charles Town, I realized that there was a great need for a bilingual professional who could meet the demands of a growing community. I worked as a Tax Deputy at the Jefferson County Tax Office and as a tax preparer for H&R Block. Eventually I decided to work for myself.
So I obtained my WV and VA Real Estate license in 2004. I have always been interested in Real Estate, so it seemed natural for me to go in that direction. In 2005 and 2006 I was named the top producer in my office. At a young age, I understood the concept of selling and buying from helping my parents run their family business. I have always liked to work with the public, and enjoy helping people achieve their goals and dreams, and doing so has brought me success as well.

Nací en El Salvador, América Central. Cuando tenía 19 años de edad, mi familia se mudo a los Estados Unidos en 1989. Viví en Los Ángeles, California por 13 años en donde conocí a mi esposo. Nos hicimos felices padres de dos muchachos maravillosos. Mi hijo mayor de 18 años es un jugador del béisbol y empezo sus estudios superiores en el Colegio y mi hijo pequeño tiene 6 años acaba de entrar a 1er grado. Nos trasladamos a la ciudad de Charles Town, West Virginia en 2003 y nos encanto. Pensé que prefería la prisa y el alboroto de la vida de la ciudad, pero llegue a la conclusión que en el corazón soy de hecho una persona del campo.
Pronto después de trasladarnos a la ciudad de Charles Town, me di cuenta que había una gran necesidad de un profesional bilingüe que podría resolver las demandas de una comunidad que crece cada vez mayor. Trabajé en la oficina de impuesto del condado de Jefferson y como preparador de impuesto para la compañía H&R Block. Eventualmente decide trabajar para mi misma. Obtuve licencia de agente de bienes raíces para WV y VA en 2004. Siempre he estado interesada en propiedades inmobiliarias, así que me pareció natural tomar esa ruta. En 2005 y 2006 me nombraron productor superior en mi oficina.
A una edad joven, entendía el concepto de la venta y compra al ayudar a mis padres en su negocio familiar. He tenido gusto siempre de trabajar con el público, y gozo el ayudar a las personas alcanzar sus metas y sueños, y al hacerlo me he traído éxito personal también.
