Bought a home in 2011.
I contacted Scott by email first ten we had a discussion on the phone. I am an out of state buyer looking to retire in Florida. I explained by situation with Scott and he was very patient and explained what he would do for me. I can tell by our conversation that Scott is knowledgeable and will do what he says he will do and as his customer he will look out for your interest. As far as getting back to me he did it immediately and he has provided more than the info that I was looking for, working with him is a pleasure.
