Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in West Oak Lane, Philadelphia, PA.
Highly recommended and very professional. After two realtors and months of searching my realtor was able to me choose my home in two months! It was a wonderful experience working with them and I absolutely love my home! They were angels sent from God! I recommend anyone to them trust me they will get the job!!!! Absolutely love the professionalism!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in East Germantown, Philadelphia, PA.
My realtor Sonja Wayns was fabulous!!!!! She took her time with me and went back with me to look at the same houses more than once until I was comfortable. The other thing that I appreciated was that she didn't waste my time with showing me houses in areas that she would not live herself. She was very professional and she made me feel as though I was her only client.

Working with our real estate agent, Mark Lawson, was a blessing! Whenever we wanted to go out to see any house, he made a point of making us feel like we we're his top priority. Even though he has a large clientele, he went out of his way to make us feel special. Mark Lawson works day and night for you, he makes sure you're getting what you want in a home. He was able to answer every real estate question we had. His knowledge of properties and areas were astounding. If we ever needed a real estate professional again we would not hesitate to call Mark Lawson. Mark Lawson to put is simply, is the best!
