No loan yet but not for lack of attention Brian Gething of The MelinTeam.com. He responded to me immediately and stayed up with me and the requests of my Realtor and Seller's Realtor's various requests. I knew he knew the business and it seemed like he never slept. Whenever I emailed a request there was an answer or a needed document the next time I signed on! Getting an offer accepted in this world of Short Sales and REO Bank's holding their "private" auctions gambling on an improving market, is very, very frustrating - even if they say it's a "Buyers' Market." It really helps to have a professional like Brian fighting the fight with you.

As of September 17 2009 the loan has not closed. I have been working with Mr. Brian Gething from the same office. He has been very profesional any question I have he responses in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company just by his actions alone

I worked with Chad on my new loan and had an excellent experience. Chad was very knowlegeable, helpfull with questions/concerns, and best of all provided a great deal to me. Everything was completed faster than I thought possible. If you want a great deal and fast close call Chad!

Easy to deal with and closed fast. The refinance closed in just over two weeks, while a friend, who refinanced with one of the large banks, has to wait three months to close.

Brian was very helpful with all aspects of the pre-approval application. I filled one out, and he sent me the LSR very quickly! So far, I've had nothing but good things to say about their team. I'm now finalizing my home search, and hopefully, I'll be closing soon!

Chad contacted us on a Friday morning, and a few hours later after working with Luke over the phone, we had our pre-approval. The entire process was extremely smooth and stress-free (other than the stress I imposed on myself!). Chad's team of professionals are awesome, and we have to give big credit to Luke for always being so reassuring and helpful from the day we applied to the day we closed, and especially for his quick response to all our questions. Thank you -- we love our new home!

Chad took the time to look at my options. He knew right away that I would not be able to re-finance... but pointed me in the right direction for a loan modification with my current lender. It is very likely I will be going with Chad in the future!!!

I talked to Chad today about a upcoming home purchase. I had a lot of questions for him which he seemed to effortlessly respond to with accurate and honest answers. It was a great experience and a pleasure talking with him. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
