      Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Waldorf, MD.
      I have no words to describe the exellence and the professionalism of Chad. His costumer service and knowledge about real state and the area is very hard to find, I was a first time buyer and he guide me to the process literally by the hand.       Sold a home in 2014.
      Chad Morton and Samer Kuraishi handled our recent purchase of a high-end condominium in Georgetown. We had found the perfect home in the city, but needed to rent out the apartment for two (2) years while we methodically downsized from our current home in McLean. Chad and Samer were instrumental in creating a smooth and enjoyable transaction for everyone. Having the right people on your team can make all the difference in the world. From negotiating the deals with the seller and the tenants to juggling all of the scheduling arrangements with the third-party contractors who prepared the apartment for our tenants, our agents did a truly fabulous job.

      We look forward to spending many happy years at our new condo on the C&O Canal. We will fondly remember the talented real estate professionals who made it all possible. Thanks again to Chad and Samer for a masterful effort.

      Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Shaw, Washington, DC.
      I was initially referred to Chad through Veteran's United. However, Navy Federal provided me with their loan and their recommended agent would have provided a higher cash back amount upon settlement. I told Chad that I was going to go with the Navy Federal recommended agent for that reason, and he agreed to match what Navy Federal was going to offer. Thus,I went with him because, outside of the cash back, he seemed to have much greater initiative that his counterpart recommended from Navy Federal.

      Through the entire process, he was very encouraging, as I put in eight different bids, but none of my offers were accepted until my most recent purchase. He was very motivated, and very knowledgeable about the entire process, incredibly charismatic, and incredibly flexible/accommodating to showings. Honestly, he was excellent in every respect, with the exception of one thing - he didn't seem to know the particular market of Columbia Heights / U St in DC as well as I would have liked. However, his Herculean work ethic compensated for this lack of knowledge. Additionally, of his own volition, he ended up increasing the compensation from his own commission from what was about $2500 from the original offer to over $5000, on top of purchasing a warranty (which expedited the closing process and was a factor in the seller choosing my bid over others) which significantly reduced my closing costs.

      Overall, I would highly recommend Chad, especially if it is in MD, an area to which I anticipate he is more familiar.
