My CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation will be of benefit to both sellers of distressed properties and buyers who are interested primarily in short sales and foreclosures.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Idaho Falls, ID.

Everyone at Chad's office is great. They are easy to work with and answer all your questions in a timely manner. Chad himself didn't seem to want to help us get the best possible price out of our home he just wanted to sell it fast. We appreciated that but we told him to list it for what we wanted even though it was over what he suggested and we sold the house for the price we wanted to list for under a week. His office handled everything after that and they were great to work with. Both Chad and his colleagues are very friendly and helpful.  More Less

Bought a home in 2015 in Ammon, ID.

I think the only thing I would suggest is to make sure that new homebuyers are aware of EVERY step of the process. It is very confusing and we were almost homeless for a week due to deadlines not being met by the bank. If we had been made more aware of the possibility of that happening, we would have had a backup plan in place. Luckily it all worked out.  More Less
