    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Ammon, ID.

    Sold a home in 2012.
    Chad helped negotiate a short sale on our home. He worked closely with the lender and mortgage insurance company enabling the home to sale quickly. The process was very smooth and would highly recommend him for anyone considering performing a short sale.

    Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I am able to help!  I have been part of the real estate industry for over 15 years.  My background has been as an agent for both buyers and sellers.  I have owned a brokerage for many years, and have also bought and sold many properties personally.
