We had another agent for months with very little activity. We switched to Chad and we had an offer in 2 weeks. When ever we would call Chad he would return our call very quickly.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My husband and I worked with Barbara Spellman, an agent with Chad Perkins' agency. She was absolutely stellar guiding us through what became a very difficult transaction with some stubborn sellers who put all of us through buyer's hell. Barbara never lost her patience with our frantic calls and emails and her prompt attention to each question we had kept our spirits up as well. In the end, we got our new house and then decided to use Barbara as the selling agent for the home we were leaving. Our home sold in under two weeks! This is remarkable considering the sluggish housing market and the fact that we put the house on the market in late fall. Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
We had our house listed for almost 2 years and we had horrible luck trying to sell our home. We listed our home with 2 other real estate companies and had no luck with a sale and we even tried FSBO. We were down on our luck and received a letter in mail from the Chad Perkins team and my husband and I said “lets give this one more shot” our hopes were down because of the market and because of our previous experiences with other realtors. Chad had our house listed for almost 6 months and we had no luck and we were starting loose hope on selling our home once again. Chad contacted us and informed us that he had a family that wanted to see our home again for a 2nd time. Shortly after the family visited our house; our house sold and we were moved out within a month! Chad’s persistency and dedication to detail is what got our house sold.
