Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125k in Shelton, WA.

Summary:

I met Chad when I attended the home buying class that he teaches. My previous agent had been showing me homes out of range of my very small budget...but CHAD found me the perfect little home that I could afford! It was a struggle getting financing, but thanks to a terrific mortgage broker (Chris P.) and Chad's help, we closed the deal. I will be using him again when I can afford to buy some rental properties.
