My name is Chad Albert. I am a Licensed Salesperson with Prudential Manor Homes. I work out of the Western Ave office, but serve the entire Greater Capital Region. Although I recently started my career in real estate, I practically grew up in the business here in Albany.

I believe in providing my clients with highly responsive, reliable and professional real estate services. I utilize the latest technologies to help provide my clients with the highest level of service possible. It is important to remember though, having the latest tools and toys are useless if your Realtor doesn't respond to phone calls, or promptly respond to inquiries.

Prior to joining Prudential Manor, I enjoyed a fourteen year career in emergency services. As a paramedic, I worked in several of the busiest Emergency Medical Services Systems in the country. I spent time working as a paramedic in Las Vegas, NV, Orlando, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Daytona Beach Fl, and throughout the Capital Region.

It has been a natural transition into working in real estate for me. Working as a paramedic, I gained a tremendous amount of experience dealing with all kinds of people, under all kinds of circumstances. My time in emergency services exposed me to how to deal with any kind of issue, anywhere, and anytime. Finding new and innovative ways to solve problems and overcome challenges is a great skill, learned under often very harsh circumstances. If it can be done, we can find a way to do it!
