Bought a home in 2011.
Chad is very helpful and really listens to what you want. Once he knows what you're looking for, he is able to suggest properties in different areas you might not have considered. He's very responsive and always makes sure your questions are answered.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Bolton, Atlanta, GA.
Chad helped us find a house in a perfect location in an area of Atlanta that I did not know about. He was knowledgable abotu different areas of the city and got to know us and then determined an area he thought we would like (and we did!) It was our first home buying experience and he made it enjoyable and easy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $400K in Mableton, GA.
Chad was is extremely knowledgeable of the Atlanta area and did a great job of listening to our needs and interests. His "non-pressure" approach made the process enjoyable. Once we found the right home, Chad spear headed the negotiation process and drove a timely closing.
