Landscaping.
Work Description:
Designed and implemented a landscape plan, where he had to work around the existing pool and patio, as well as existing irrigation and lighting. We also had to deal with significant grade changes in our backyard, which again, was well executed. There was also a putting green with grass bunkers installed and again, this was done extremely well.
Our experience with Chad and his staff has been excellent. He loves what he does and it shows. Project timeline was exceptional, as we gave him a relatively short time frame in which to complete our project.

Work Description:
Remove existing grass and non-desert plantings. Prune existing large landscape trees. Replace existing irrigation system. Plan and plant a desert landscape in courtyard and back gardens. Clean out front native garden at roadside to show off native plants. Recommend landscape professionals for ongoing plant care.
I saw Chad's work while we were looking for a home to buy in the Phoenix area, and said to my husband, "Wherever we buy, I want this guy to do our landscaping". Chad and his team were very professional, prompt and responsive. Chad provided me with a detailed plan and pictures of the plants he expected to use in our garden, and was attentive to my concerns, to the point that he reduced the volume of plants by at least 1/3 when I said I wanted "desert", and not "lush". The project was completed in a timely manner and on budget. Chad was very helpful in obtaining ceramic pots for the courtyard and niches around the grounds, taking me to his preferred wholesaler and even carrying the pots home with us!
I was very pleased with the initial garden, even though the plants were necessarily small. One year later, they are growing and blooming, are quite lovely, and are attuned to the seasons of the year.
