From the beginning, Chad has shown himself to go above and beyond what I would expect from both a seller's agent and a buyer's agent. We first contacted Chad when we wanted to think about setting a price for our house, though we wanted to sell it ourselves. Chad sent us lots of comps and gave us lots and lots of tools to set our price, which we did. Since that time, we decided to hire Chad to sell our house. He has lots of local contacts, and, as we watch him negotiate, we see that he is extremely adept in those skills as well. On top of his skills, we find Chad to be full of integrity, putting people first. He always responds promptly to emails and phone calls. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Making the decision to move after 19 years was certainly not an easy one. Chad had was very knowledgeable and extremely patient in showing us loads of houses and answering tons of questions. I will recommend Chad again and again, he was incredible!
