Closed refinance loan. Unnamed Neighborhood, Boulder, CO 80301Summary:
We had a lender we liked and had previously used, but Chae offered a rate and closing costs she just couldn't match so we made the switch. Chae made the process easy and just before closing got us an even lower-cost loan which saved us about $1000 in closing costs. I was extremely pleased with his service and will definitely use him again for our next home loan.
