Showed home in 2010.
Although I ultimately ended up relocating to another state instead of purchasing property in Indianapolis, I can truly say that working with Chanda was the highlight of my home-shopping experience. I was an inexperienced, first-time home buyer with many questions, as well as being very demanding time-wise and quite picky with what I was looking for in a home. Chanda helped me find a variety of places fitting my criteria, until I ultimately found one that was perfect for me. Unfortunately, my loan officer was also inexperienced and not nearly as competent as she was, leading to much frustration and confusion on my end, as well as an extensive delay in the closing process. I received more accurate information from her than I ever received from the gentleman handling my loan. I feel that had all of the other parties involved been as knowledgeable and professional as Chanda, then my problems would have been few and quickly resolved, and I would probably still be in Indianapolis, at the property I loved.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Wynnedale, IN.
When I decided to buy a Condo I didn't have an agent in mind, so I chose the first agent I saw advertised on the internet, which happened to be Chanda Barrick. I can let the results speak for themselves. She had excellent communication with me and really helped make the process as easy as possible. She is very knowledgeable. I felt she was working in my best interests? thru-out the entire transaction. I got a great deal on my new home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sold a home in 2009.
I had a great experience working with Ms. Barrick. She was able to sell our house and get full asking price. She always kept us in the loop and did plenty of research since our sale was complicated. She was very professional. I would highly recommend her as a agent and plan on using her for future real estate transactions.
