I have to say that Chandie was amazing! I had tried another agent in the past and felt very pressured. We even tried the "by owner" thing, but never could get anything to work. When I met with Chandie the first time, I told her that I was not in any hurry to purchase, but was just trying to see what was out there. That did not change how she treated me. She showed me several properties. She was awesome to work with. When we finally found a home that we wanted to purchase, she made everything so easy for us. Even when I was stressed out about the purchase process she listened and was very calming and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a home! I feel like I have made a new friend in her!

I first spoke to Chandie in December of 2012 after finding out that I would be moving to the Savannah area in May of 2013. Through dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls she was instrumental in helping me find the perfect home to relocate to. I made only one trip from Missouri to Georgia and during a whirlwind four day tour she consistently pick homes to look at that fit my tastes. My closing was remote, from Missouri, and she coordinated each detail: meetings with my mortgage broker, underwriter, inspections, and even repairs. Without her assistance, finding the right home, let alone the closing, would have been a much more challenging task.

After renting for 2 years (and paying more rent then our current 15 year mortgage), my husband and I decided it was time to purchase a home down the street. Since my husband and I are military, there were some additional things we were concerned with. Along with that, this was also my first home. Needless to say, I had lots of questions. The Hupman Group went above and beyond our expectations! For example, my husband left an important notebook in our future home after the initial walk through, and within hours Jeff was at the house looking for the book for us! Chandie's patience, expertise, and personalized service are making us want to purchase a second home!

Moving to Georgia from Hawaii, it was very hard to find a home and to be able to see the house in person. Chandie made the process as easy as possible and was very helpful and flexible with the times that I was able to make a visit to check out the area. She was also very helpful with finding a great lender and giving me the contact info for setting up all of the needed things. (ie. power, water, insurance, etc.) Chandie always returned my emails/calls in a timely manner and was very respectful. She also went out of her way to ensure that I got as good a deal as possible.

our experience with chandie was as good as you could get.we live in syracuse n.y. and we wanted to buy a house in georgia,where do you start with the questions about how to do it and see it from over 2000 miles away?not only did she do all the leg work for us,but she took care of all the questions and legal issues we had to deal with from over 2000 miles away.all me and my wife could say was thank you chandie for making it so easy and enjoyable.once again thank you chandie your the best.
