Chantel helped us to sell our house in Sioux Falls. She was always willing to do an open house and when an offer was made she negotiated us the best offer. Chantel then helped me look at a few houses but nothing caught my interest. Being ontop of the market, she showed me our new home the same day it came on the market. I made an offer later that morning, which was accepted, and we moved in a few weeks later. Chantel was very informed, friendly and professional. Sold a home in 2007 in Tea, SD 57064.
