Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Highland, IN.
Charissa was a wonderful agent who stuck by us through thick and thin. She didn't care how many houses we asked her to show us. When we finally did find the one, she did everything possible to make it ours. She helped us with all the obsticles we had and made the whole house buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a go getter and a wonderful agent!

Our criteria in seeking a real estate agent included integrity, knowledge of the housing market, respect for our time, discernment for our needs and proactive in approach to property possibilites. Charissa has all requirements we expected our professional have - plus! Her personality is delightful and her enthusiasm makes a purchasing experience fun and less stressful. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Griffith, IN.
We were looking to buy our first home in the Fall of 2009. We knew what we wanted in a home, but didn't know what steps to take. We met with Charissa Oostman, who explained the process of home buying thoroughly, and made it clear what our expectations should be. After showing us a variety of homes in the area we finally made our decision. Carissa navigated us through the bidding and closing process with ease. She is an outstanding realtor.

Charissa is currently listing our home and has been extremely helpful. She has given lots of advice on how to properly stage my home so it's ready for showings. She understands and genuinely cares about our needs during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market/process and is able to answer questions and explain anything I need to understand better. My favorite thing about Charissa, though, is how personable she is. She has never been pushy in making us make a decision because the first thing she talked to us about was what we want/need and she has made it her goal to accomplish that for us! If you're looking for a realtor who is out to help people and not just make a sale, then she is the right choice!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Highland, IN.
Charissa was the key to finding the right home for us. Admittedly, we were a bit picky and she stuck it out. Her knowledge of the area is amazing, and although I wasnt from the same area my wife was so every time we pulled up to look at a house she could tell us about someone she knew that grew up near there, or that she sold a house to. It really helped alot that she was familiar with the neighborhoods because you never know who you are moving in next to, but she did! I have told everyone about her, and even had her over for our house warming party!
Charissa is committed to building relationships not just selling homes. I have worked with her in the past as a fellow agent & would again in the future! I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.
