Charitable Realty Agents donate 10% of their total commission earned on each purchase or sale of real property for clients working directly with Charitable Realty Agents. Donations will be made in the clients' name to the charity of their choice at the close of escrow through a reduction in Charitable Realty Agent commission, provided the client signs a donation agreement addendum.

 All donations are made at the clients' discretion to a registered 501c3 charity, and in no way imply or constitute a relationship between Charitable Realty Agents and any partner organization. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) requires all donations to be voluntary and that no finders or referral fee will be paid to any organization.

Bought a home in 2013.

We purchased a house that was foreclosed and bank owned. It turned out to be a complicated negotiation and closing. Even though our personal bank, the lender and the seller were the same bank, she had to work through the different divisions working together. Also they kept changing the closing docs, and she worked with the title company to get that worked out.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Glenn Heights, TX.
