With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I love working with buyer's in particular and sharing in their excitement of finding their own home. I beilieve in being your real estate consultant, providing knowledge and expertise though the process. It is my philosophy that I don't sell real estate, but rather, help match people to their homes.
I previously worked as an appraiser in Bellevue, including as a bank review appraiser. Given this background, I have a strong sense of values, housing trends, and the overall market. I currently hold a State Certified General Appraiser license, as well as a Real Estate Salesperson license. I have earned the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), IMS (Internet Marketing Specialist), and CNE (Certified Negotion Expert) designations.
