Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
We worked with Charles when he helped us sell our North Cambridge condo this past summer. We actually had interviewed 3 top selling realtors in the Cambridge area and he came to us with a fresh and innovative perspective that was really different than the other two realtors. We decided to go with him and were soo happy we did. His ideas and use of social media proved to be outstanding and right on. We followed through with his suggestions and were able to sell our condo very, very fast (after the first open house!) even in the midst of a slow market. He was very responsive, extremely reliable, and incredibly knowledgable about the Cambridge realty market. Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Mid-Cambridge, Cambridge, MA.Summary:
Working with Charles was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Cambridge/Somerville. My condo had an offer in less than 6 weeks! And it was a price I was VERY happy with! Charles knew how to price it for the market, the neighborhood, and to get the price I wanted. He also knew how to "stage" my place to get the best pictures and the best results from viewings and open houses. I never doubted that he was paying close attention to everything happening with my place and felt totally confident in his abilities. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We worked with Charles as we searched for, and found, a perfect home in the Cambridge-Somerville area. We thought of ourselves as fairly sophisticated buyers since we are (late) middle aged professionals and had previously bought and sold homes. Throughout the entire process, Charles' guidance, insight and skills were remarkable. He listened to, and deciphered, our sometimes inarticulate descriptions of what we were looking for, and with prescience, directed us to possible options. When we were ready to make an offer, he assessed the market and the comparables with reassuring skill and insight. Throughout the process, he offered astute observations that reflected his professionalism as well as a certain intensity that conveyed that he was in this deal with us. Charles was so attentive to the details of our final agreement with the seller, that he suggested that that we include terms we would never have thought of (and I have been practicing law for more 25 years). When, despite our best efforts to avoid it, we became needy and anxious, Charles was responsive and offered constructive insights. The home we bought is new and portions were still under construction. Once our offer had been accepted, and even after we closed, Charles continued to monitor the final details of our “punch list, ” and offered us wonderful information about our new neighborhood. In addition to all of his skill and attentiveness, Charles is charming and thoughtful guy.
