Charles Cherney is one of the few brokers I've met who works with a long-term view. Instead of trying to foist expensive properties on me in the hope of a quick commission, he genuinely seemed interested in finding me the right place. He helped me understand the insane real estate market in Cambridge and steered me away from problematic properties. Helped me rent a Condo home in Somerville, MA.
As a first time buyer and as an American living overseas, we could not have found a better real estate professional than Charles. From the moment we first contacted him over the phone, he was able to answer every question with a thorough, unbiased and well-educated response. Charles was willing to phone us back in South Africa while other agents were not able or willing to do so.
The process and purchase through Charles did not feel pushed or forced. Instead, he gave us every piece of data we needed to make a fully informed decision on our purchase. He took time to talk through the pros and cons of the unit and ensured that we paid the right price.
