Hello!
I currently live and work in the Highlands/Sloans Lake area of West Denver. I am a native of Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2002 with a major in Economics. Upon graduating I decided to escape the Iowa winters and move to Colorado. In my free time I help run the Rocky Mountain Iowa Alumni Club which is about 6,000 members strong. I take full advantage of the outdoors year round with running, cycling, skiing, etc.
As a mortgage professional I set myself apart from everyone else by taking time everyday to research the constantly changing guidelines and search for new loan products. I make it my business to know about products I cannot even offer so if I cannot get the deal done I can put my client in touch with someone who can. Since I work on a commission basis I do not get paid until I close a deal successfully just like most other real estate pros. As a result I let clients know what I can and cannot do upfront so I am not wasting their time or my time.
