We bought our first home with Charles's help, and it was a great working with him. He was always available for our questions, no matter how small, and met us at the drop of a hat. He never pushed us or told us what we wanted but listened and responded with experinced feedback and suggestions. I would happily recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Charles Gerrick is an amazing reat estate agent. We felt genuinely taken care of by him. He asked about our lives, our interests, and what we wanted out of a home. He then communicated with us daily until we found, with his guidance, the house we had been dreaming of for years! His knowledge of the area including pros and cons of choosing a house where we were looking was insightful and very thorough. During negotiations, Charles knew just what to ask for to make sure we received a great deal. We trusted him from the moment we met him, which made this process go so much smoother with someone you trust leading the way. All of his ideas and options were well thought through and opened our eyes to things we might not have thought of othewise. When a friend couldn't meet me to go over color swatches, Charles walked the house with me to help finalize a pallette. Charles is a nice guy and we will be sad if he doesn't come to our house warming. Thanks Charles!!!!
