Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Binghamton, NY.
Charlie is an amazing sales agent. He found two buyers for the price that WE WANTED to sell the house for. He never pushed to lower the price. Charlie found lenders for the buyers. He worked with city council to change the zoning for our house. He worked with us through every step of the way never leaving things to chance with the buyers.
