Russell, I took a quick peak at the public tax record for the property, it does not look like any erroneous info there, so the problem is most likely on zillow's end. They do have a large database, but it is not 100% complete.Have a good Memorial Day weekend.Charlie
Your real estate agent should be able to get you the tax information for most homes in Mobile, AL. Just give your agent the address and they should not have any problem getting you the info. You'll have to call an insurance agent for the other. Have a great day.
This link might explain it better.http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/What-is-a-Make-Me-Move-Price/
A foreclosure in the right neighorhood could be a good long term investment. Contact a knowledgeable local agent that knows the best subdivisions. If you can purchase at a good enough price, you could rent itor sell it when you move back to Florida. As always, Location and Price will be the biggest considerations.
To get to Jericho Drive in Daphne, take Hwy 181 South, turn East on Hwy 64, then right on Hwy 54 East, and finally take a right into Canaan Place subdivision. Take a left on Promise Lane and then a left onto Jericho. Canaan Place is a very nice subdivision with a nice lake, community pool and more.
Yes! I have a great stager too. She has the ability to "nicely" let the client know that the prospective buyer needs to be able to invision their personal items in the room and not see the seller's clutter. She helps to make the first impression for the prospective buyer a great one. And you know what they say about "first impressions..."
