Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Grand Bay, AL.
We wanted to relocate but I didn't think it was possible for us to sell our house during these tough times, but Charlie came in, sold us on a plan and sold our house quicker than we expected. I would recommend Charlie to anyone, 5 stars.

Showed home in 2011 in Point Clear, Fairhope, AL 36532.
We were looking for a retirement home in several locations in the Southeast U.S. for the past 6 Months. Although we purchased in another location Charlie was by far the most organized and responsive to our needs.

Bought a home in 2011.
Over the past few years I have thought about purchasing a home many times but never took the steps to turn that thought into the reality of actually owning a home. Agents I had spoke to before, never followed up with me or showed me anything about "how" to buy a home. I was a first time homebuyer and really did now WHAT I was doing or HOW to make buying a home a reality. As soon as I expressed my interest in buying a home to Charlie he was on top of it! He was sending me multiple emails daily with numerous homes that I might be interested in. As well as giving me information on mortgage brokers that could help with me with financing options that I never dreamed were possible. Within a month or two of talking with Charlie and taking the few small steps that he and my loan officer showed me, I signed contracts to not only BUY a home, but I am actually BUILDING a home!!! Working with Charlie has been a dream come true! Literally.

we are in a challenging situation (with home values being what they are)i would not expect the level of service we have recieved so far from mr.plyler anywhere!!!

Mr. Plyler listened to what I wanted in a house and went beyond and above to help me find the right house for me.. Due to financial difficulties, I am unable to purchase a home at this time.. But with Mr. Plyler's direction, I am aware of how to settle my financial problems quickly and will be looking forward to buying in the next 12-15 months. I have also recommended Mr. Plyler to family and frends. A wonderful person to work with...

Charlie is very persistent and very friendly...I have had the pleasure of knowing Charlie for several years and have worked with him in several business dealings..I trust Charlie completely..I know he will always place my best interest first and tell me the truth even if I don't want to hear it.
